(no subject)

blech. suckasstic day. wrote a poem i'm afraid is offensive which makes it hard to turn in...it's about ethnicity...and the all the little boxes that aren't there on forms...sigh...

i did however get my tickets for the arlington show on dec 4th. and the warfield show on dec 22nd...which means i have FINALLY received all my tickets...with of course the same exception i mentioned the other day about nick and sara's tickets. damn countingcrows.com. i saved a whole 3 dollars off of ticketmaster cuz they charge 8 dollars for the "convenience" of 2-day air. what matter is 2 day air when they don't ship the tickets till a week before the show??? i'd rather take my chances with ticketbastard...which although has cost me ludicrous sums of money has managed to get me all my tickets with no major fuck ups...

yeah um...so anyway...i still got a lot of shite to do for school...which i should at least attempt now.

there. 2 down. one to go, for this week. I've finished my paper for poetry theory. Go me! Now there is just the big one, the killer, the American Lit essay. I've decided for sure to take Thursday off to do it, but i really should get it started before then. It's not gonna happen tonight. My noggin is fried and i have a very achy headache. tomorrow i have class till 7 and usually go out with my friend after...hopefully i can flake on that so i can watch buffy and not have to watch it during my wednesday break (aka naptime), i mean, um...so that i can work on my paper ;). you see??? hell. i will have a degree in 3 weeks...why am i killing myself???

on a completely unrelated note...why can't i even copy scarlet's walk to my computer without it gettting all fuzzy and distorted, like radio static. that's not fair...can it be just my cd? i tried downloading a song from kazaa and it was fine...well a little staticy when i turned it up loud, but that could just be my speakers. Is this a feature of the cd. if it is i'm pissed off. if it's just me, i'm pissed off. i know its not my cdr drive cuz i've ripped other cds just fine. POO! i'm too lazy to go try and see if it's a standard deal on the cd.

it's 9:41...i feel like it's bloody midnight....

i'm just a big ball of stress....how good is it gonna feel to turn in that freakin play at the end of the semester and just get in my car and go...i'm not going far enough tho...and i'm not going anywhere i haven't been. if i wasn't afraid of winter driving conditions and more poor car that only knows warm weather...i'd drive out to colorado after my shows and come bug alannah...but you know...it's probably cheaper to fly....but where's the fun in that.
