blech. suckasstic day. wrote a poem i'm afraid is offensive which makes it hard to turn in...it's about ethnicity...and the all the little boxes that aren't there on forms...sigh...

i did however get my tickets for the arlington show on dec 4th. and the warfield show on dec 22nd...which means i have FINALLY received all my tickets...with of course the same exception i mentioned the other day about nick and sara's tickets. damn countingcrows.com. i saved a whole 3 dollars off of ticketmaster cuz they charge 8 dollars for the "convenience" of 2-day air. what matter is 2 day air when they don't ship the tickets till a week before the show??? i'd rather take my chances with ticketbastard...which although has cost me ludicrous sums of money has managed to get me all my tickets with no major fuck ups...

yeah um...so anyway...i still got a lot of shite to do for school...which i should at least attempt now.

one more for the road? ok. SIGH.

Yay for getting your tickets...boo for the hassle.

You've said at other times that you were afraid you wrote an 'offensive' poem. Have you ever gotten any negative feedback on them (like, where someone SAID they were offended)? I think you worry too much but then again I don't know what responses you've gotten.

You're doing a good job keeping this updated. Yay!

no nobody's ever said they were offended...but i've gotten gross misundertandings before. its always hard when dealing with issues of being politically correct. and there are some issues where i definitely disagree with the common liberal perspective, which i have a hard time explaining to people, so i try in poetry, which just confuses people further. then i have a problem with assuming everything i know is common knowlege...ugh. it's not easy writing poetry.
