You know what I particularly love? The picture of him on the magazine he's holding isn't the same as the big one of him, he's looking down at the mag!

I barely look at these when I get my hands on them, but i still love having them. I only got one of the two I wanted from the 4-covers edition (Got the one with Donna and fam), and I must get my hands on this one. MUST.

That picture reminds me rather wonderfully of the portrait of Stephen Colbert that's temporarily on display at the National Gallery right now. *snerk*

Since I subscribe via a shop, I was able to ask them to use two of my issue credits and had them send me the two 398s with the Doctors on them. I'm not so completeist that I needed the other two.

By the time I found it at the store I usually find them at, they only had the Doctor in brown with Donna and fam, and the one with Sarah Jane and Luke. But what pisses me off is that they were out of their usual location AND hiding completely behind others. Which means the other couple times I stopped in to check, the other one I wanted (Blue!Doc, Rose and co, obviously) might have been there! Hmpf. Oh well, I'll live. I don't need every one either. Unless they have a cover I'm interested in, I give it a skip.

Oh I love Doctor Who magazine! And that picture of him is amazing! I love him in glasses, I hunted high and low for those exact glasses, I am such a dork *sigh*

Those kind of glasses look silly on me. I do have rectangle glasses, but they're silver metal rather than black plastic.

I find the magazine too spoilery, mostly. So i like to look at it WAY after it's current. Even then I've been burned before.

I still haven't cracked any of the ones from this past series yet - hell, they had casting spoilers for Journey's End back at the start of the series, just dropped into the middle of regular columns as if they were nothing!
