a capo...for the guitar. holds down the strings to change the key without tuning. my friend calls it a "cheater bar"
a quesadilla maker is kinda like a big waffle iron. but instead of wafle depressions it's circular and kinda indents whatever you're making in wedges.
and yes, alliteration, as far as i know, is sound based, not letter.
