ok, i can't figure out how this thing works.

try it. see if it does for you. when i followed the directions it worked, both times. when i didn't it didn't. once i just didn't concentrate and it didn't know. so how the heck does it know?

i have only figured this out with the help of a boy.

the symbols change every time you do it and it is the same symbol for every possible answer, always the same symbol next to the zero.

i don't know if that clears it up but it took me ages to understand, and that's the best explanation i can give you. i was an english major, darnit. :)

i think i get it. i figured it was something like that. but it would seem to me that it could be any answer each time. nope i just tried it and no matter what number you pick its the same symbol. neat, thanks.
