fun with syntax.
Sep. 13th, 2003 06:06 pmi will never. ever. ever. understand the difference between a direct object and an indirect object. i just won't. it's that simple. i have some sort of block. i accept that.
the rest of this crap is so evilly boring. and sooooooooo unnecessarily complex. it's like "hi, lets create a 'science' about stuff we already know, and nobody cares about, and lets give everything dumb names, and create diagrams to confuse people"
i've been working on this crap for THREE days. the first two were just getting thru reading the first 15 pages of the chapter (the part my partner is presenting, which of course, is the simple part) and today is writing the outline and reading my part of the chapter. i'm on the fourth page of my section and the second page of my outline, and i have to do all fifteen pages of my section by tomorrow.
i take breaks and naps all the time of course, cuz this stuff is ridiculously boring and puts me to sleep and i can't look at it for more than a few minutes at a time.
