All of that first stuff was past my time. I'd never heard of the Babysitter's Club until I worked in a bookstore after college. These things make me feel OLD, yo.

the babysitter's club was never my thing. i don't think i ever read them. i wasn't much into the YA thing. a few scattered books here or there. oh and the sweet valley high series, (the original?) of which i could read like three a day and were about as intellectually stimulating as tying my shoes.
