question about spoilers.

karenorI do not watch the trailers at the end of episodes for what's coming up next week. Is it unreasonable to expect that stuff to be kept behind extra spoiler cuts until the episode airs? I know I'm very sensitive to spoilers, more than most, but I still consider the stuff in trailers spoilery! That's why I don't watch it. I can't be the only one. Can I?
I don't know what to do. I don't want to live in a box. I like fandom, I like reading people's reviews and discussing things. But I don't want to know about next week until next week! Or stuff about later in the season, or casting spoilers or ANYthing.
Of course I'm thinking about TW now, having stumbled across something I didn't want to know. But it will be an even bigger issue when DW starts.
I just HATE the feeling I get when I come across spoilers. It's like a punch in the gut. Is it worth not participating at all, though?
