i'm at my brothers. and BIG surprise, his lovely highspeed connection which worked perfectly fine last night when i was here visiting is now not working at all. not one iota.

am i cursed? i just might be.

i don't know if there is something i need to do to turn it on or something. cuz its a wireless connection pirated from a neighbor, i think. i can't find a modem anywhere. and it just says disconnected. and there's no connect button on the interface.

so luckily the computer is still connected to the phoneline, so i can dialup. it ties up their phone, but oh well, they don't need to get any calls anyway, being halfway to england.

my brother didn't bother to change the sheets on his bed for me. is that weird? should i bother doing it. i don't care about cooties or anything, but that's like...my brother's bed. meh.

oh, and their downstairs toilet is malfunctioning as well. is this payment for bringing my laundry over here to do? aaarrrgggggg.

this keyboard is weird.

i am GRUMPY.

the plan was to pretty much be here full time, but if the highspeed doesn't start going, that won't be good.

i have to go home to make icons, and do other important things, but mornings and nights i'll be here.

also i have to start my shakespeare paper pretty soon, and i wanted to work on it here, cuz i'd have the quiet, but i do need a decent connection for that.
