Apr. 15th, 2004 08:49 ami'm chair dancing! at 8:49 in the morning.
does anyone but me know the band Agent Orange? An early 80's Orange County band that is...hmm...well some sort of mishmash of punk/goth/newwave/pop. I only have one album. It's called This is the Voice, and i bought it many many years ago after seeing a B-movie about vampires that used several songs from the album. I LOVE this cd. a LOT. certain songs got me thru hard times in my troubled youth. it's so dark, but it's danceable, and fun to sing to. THe cd is poor quality tho, i always have to turn it up way high. it was so long ago that i bought it, that it was in a long box, and i got it at Music Plus, which doesn't exist anymore, but was the place i purchased lots of my early music cuz it was down the street from me. sadly the building is now a Jennifer Leather store. bleh.
let me give you a lyrical example: "when your whole world feels incomplete, just close your eyes and sing yourself to sleep"....ahh, pure gold. sarcastic gold, but gold nonetheless.
ok, i'm done. back to work.
