karenorso i found this pretty amusing. it's a chart that show gas prices since 1979. the actual cost and the relative cost, given inflation.
the result? we pay LESS for gas now than in 1979.
tho to be fair, this chart was for super unleaded and stopped at $3.20 which is about 30 cents less than the cheapest gas you'll find anywhere in my neck of the woods.
