i got my pictures!
Jan. 5th, 2003 11:35 pmand the one of glen and me turned out actually ok. i wish my skin hadn't been so bad. i wish i didn't hate makeup!
i also wish my scanner worked. well it does, in theory, but my power chord deserted me in the move...not that i have a place to set the damn thing up anyway. maybe i'll give some pictures to my brother to scan for me.
also the show pictures came out well too. yay!
on a totally unrelated note. i am supposed to register for classes tomorrow. but last i checked, stupid admissions and records hadn't sent the appropriate form to the english department (the one that says i graduated and otherwise qualify for the program) so my application, as of thursday has yet to be reviewed by the english dept. leaving me in a limbo of sorts. i have a date to register, but i've had that since before i graduated (like in case i still had undergraduate classes to complete, which means its a graduating senior date, which means it is a priority time). But since i'm no longer an undergraduate, is that date even valid? If it is, will i be able to register without my application being reviewed? Or without paying for school. See when i originally applied for financial aid i didn't include info for spring because i didn't think i would be going to school during the spring. Therefore i didn't receive aid, but towards the end of last semester i received a letter saying that my financial aid for next semester would be reviewed when it was determined that i graduated. but i didn't even apply for the aid. is it automatic? in any case, i don't know if i'm getting it, and therefore have not paid. Also i can't even pay if i wanted to because my status is still listed as undergraduate, and the fees are different. plus they just raised tuition a grip, but that's besides the point. So i sent the graduate secretary an email begging her to tel me if she received that form from A&R and if there's anything else for me to do (none of this is my fault, i'll have you know), and whether or not i can register.
but i have to go to bed early anyway cuz i have to wake up early so i can skedaddle to school if need be. arg what a pain in my ass. oh also, my final gpa was calculated, and as i suspected, it's 2.95. How much am i hating that B+ two semesters ago and A- three semesters ago, which were my only flaws in otherwise three consecutive semesters of straight A's. poo.
i was gonna start on my trip photo album tonight, but i guess i won't.
my friend is coming home from two weeks in vermont tomorrow and she's all "let's go for drinks on tuesday" and i'm like..."But...but...there's BUFFY!" ....sigh... no one understands...
oh, and the buffy season 3 dvd collection is supposedly 39.99 at Best Buy on tuesday. if it's that cheap i have to buy it. it can't be helped.
Bedtime, i guess...

Date: 2003-01-06 08:22 am (UTC)we'll see about the school stuff. i meant to be out of the house by now and at school and shaking someone by the collar or something. unfortunately i slept not at all due to the heat and the high winds. Therefore, i haven't even showered yet. blech.
