but he runs really low on the common sense sometimes. he likes to cook but throws out all reason when doing so. so he ruined some mashed potatoes by putting all the cream in at once. i tried to save them by putting them in the kitchenaid mixer (they were hella lumpy) and all that made was a type of potato glue. then i tried the cuisanart. that made smoother glue. so now we've decided to bake them into a type of caserole type thing in hopes that will reduce or mask the glue effect. i wash my hands of it. as far as i'm concerned, i only peeled the potatoes.
