(no subject)

so last night, in san luis opisbo i fell asleep during "I can't see NY" at the Tori show. No lie. I was fighting really hard to stay conscious. god that song is a yawn fest. despite my not as good seat, and a couple minor exceptions in the setlist (can i get a wtf! to SATY???) this show rocked my socks.

but the point was...i was hella tired. got almost no sleep in my hotel room's uncomfy bed, drove like 200 miles, watched a boring buffy, went to an even MORE boring seder, which i was nearly falling asleep at, and i'm STILL up at 1:30. yeah, that was my point. that i need sleep. i'm groggy and grouchy, and i have TONS of crap to do.

but i should note in here that my little SLO roadtrip was lots of fun. I even got to have pea soup at Anderson's on the way back. Danni and I had hearty debates about Jesus and why I don't believe, all the way home, shouting at eachother over my Howie Day cd blaring on my stereo, driving down the coast. Good times.

two or three tori shows left to go before school hell resumes. and believe you me, hell it will be. need to get some actual work done tomorrow while i have a break from tori shows. and can i get a WOOHOO not invited to second seder at my sister in law's mother's house!!! WOOHOO. as much as i love seeing my nephew, i HATE going there.

anyhoo. i. need. sleep.

my sis fell asleep at a concert once...but that's because she had a fever...

i love Pea Soup Andersons! the best part of driving up there.

i did buy howie day. i love him. i'm so over SATY i can't even express it. i was never really that under it in the first place. its one of tori's least interesting songs, and not just musically. and even if it wasn't, i've heard it too many times. with the solo songs being so few, it just feels like a waste.

it was good arguing. sorta. i was getting a little peeved, tho, because with different 'facts' it's hard to even attempt argument.
