i got accosted by Larouche groupies today before school. what do you think of the world situation? the economy? we want america to be a producer society. stop the war, give us your address and phone number, sign this, can you spare a few bucks to donate?

i wouldn't give them anything or sign anything but i took their literature and even read thru some of it.

wow is this guy an asshole. a Deomocratic party hopeful. What and ever. he's the most anti-israeli democrat i've seen, and a lot of other stuff he writes is pure propagandist bullshit. it will be a cold day in hell before he gets the party nomination, i'm sure, but if that happens, i'm defecting...

my dad said today that if america goes to war against s.h. that it will be the first time he will be proud to call himself american...

gotta love my house for that. if anything, its the one place where people share my oh so unpopular political views.

i might be going to israel this summer for free. i don't know what i have to do to get accepted to this free trip organization, but..well...interest is kinda low right now, so my chances are good. free flight, lodging, board, transport etc. and for 100 bucks i can spend 3 days on my own to be with my family there... my dad and i were discussing if it would be beneficial to me to obtain an israeli passport. being the daughter of a naturalized israeli and being a jew, i can just go to the isreali consulate here and get one. and the government of israel may indeed make me get one upon arrival to israel as i have an israeli name. dunno which would be better to travel with. who is hated more by terrorists? israelis or americans?

ho hum. can you tell i'm in a bitter mood? i was pissed at the ending of angel. i was pissed that i've seen the roswell that aired today. i don't know if i've seen them all now... but wheres the fun in watching if i've seen them already. i swear i started watching at the END of season 2, but i did see the premier before...maybe in repeats or something. flamewars abound on the buffy forum of atforumz...mostly over the spike situation...i'm so staying out of it. cuz really, i'm so over it. it is just a fucking tv show. but some of the insults being hurled around are downright amusing.

You know I don't support your politics, but lemme just say that if you do go to Israel this summer, PLEASE be careful. Too much stuff is blowing up in that area of the world right now....makes me nervous. P.S. I think you'd be safer travelling on an Israeli passport cause at the rate our president is running things into the ground, our country is probably going to be MOST unpopular at that point. He's put his foot in it with 1/2 the world leaders out there, and will probably piss of the other 1/2 real good before he's through. P.P.S. So they say if we start bombing Iraq the protesters are going to shut down the SF financial district. Does that mean I get to go home early? I remember how bad Critical Mass farked things up, multiply that by about 100.......ACK!

That is so amazing and great that your family agrees with you about politics. I argue with mine all the time. ;) And I KNOW how it feels to have the unpopular view. It sounds like a great oppourtunity for you to go to Israel! How amazing.

I don't miss the Buffy forum one iota. I'm sad that you still have to deal with the Spike stuff over there! :( I wish I could come and defend you, but I can't. But I do in my heart.
