it is 5 am

so it is...i've been up since...i dunno 3:30 ish. and i'd only been asleep for maybe 2 hours. there was thunder and lightning which lasted for a long time...a half hour maybe. when i got up to go get a better look at the sky it moved away (the thunder and lightning, not the sky).

and then i was just...up. so i went and had a bowl of cereal and watch some of Clerks on tv...and now i don't know what to do.

they're filming in like my whole neighborhood. And they have these bright floodlights up both behind and in front of my house...it's very surreal. especially with the rain. And since the rain didn't throw them off schedule, i thought they must be filming inside...then i thought, why the lights? it's weird.

is that why i felt the need to quote Screenwriters Blues? nah, probably just cuz its 5am. And i'm listening...to the rain...in los angeles.
