my monitor is freaking out. i guess its about time something like this happened. it is emachines, after all. its getting all...wavy at the edges of things. like quickly moving water ripples. its extremely annoying. i don't think its a software thing, i think its just the monitor being stupid, but it did happen after i closed my scrabble game program that shifted all my icons around and then my computer said something like it was opperating at a low resolution and would i like to fix it. the resolution was the same, so i don't know what the deal was. i've tried switching from medium color to high color, but that doesn't do anything. i tried shutting the computer off for a while, that didn't do anything either. it gets better and worse but is never good. i so can't afford a new monitor right now. and i'm kicking myself for throwing away my old reliable viewsonic (yes, i am queen of the cheap brands) when i got my new computer...
