reading icon tutorials makes me want to cry. i just don't even begin to understand and i feel so stupid. today i spent about an hour and a half trying to figure out wth a path was, and how to make one out of the spirally thing i made. and having figured that out, i spent about another hour trying to figure out how to put text on that path thingy before giving up.

THEN i started reading some of the tutorials that alannahrose sent me. its like either too simple or too complicated. i don't understand layers one bit. well i do, but not how to work with them. i can make a layer of say a solid color...but i can't figure out how to arrange layers or anything like that. meh. i'm useless. and here i am with a paid account and only two new icons, cuz i'm determined to makes them myself (and one of the new ones i didn't even make, i found it on a website, that said i could take if i wanted so i took [that's the tori one]).
